Required permissions
The bots do not ask for Administrator. The invite requests only the permissions the shipping modules actually use, listed below, so you keep full control of the bot per channel with normal channel overwrites.

Administrator (integer 8) is deliberately not part of it. Any permission you deny
in a channel stays denied, and a module that needs it fails in that channel instead of
overriding you.

No. They run independently. Add only Rascal, only Halcyon, or both. Module toggles are per server and shared by both bots, because they read the same database.
Yes, and it is most of the product. AI chat, memory and image generation are core and always on, and 25 of the 37 modules carry no plan gate at all. A server plan adds the moderation stack (Auto-Mod, Audit Log, Moderation (Warns), Alt Account Detection, Verification Gate, Thread Watcher), the modules that cost compute per use, the outbound integrations, and a larger monthly allowance. On a self-hosted Ollama here, and on your hardware first if your server runs a Compute Module node. There is a third path to an outside API, and it is switched off: no request reaches it at the moment. Turning it on would still need a paid plan, consent switched on, and a balance.
The bots ship 37 modules you can toggle per server. The registry holds 4 more, but those are private integrations bound to the Doombringerz game servers and the Doombringerz EclipseCP Codex. They cannot run on a third-party server, they are not part of any plan, and they are not counted above.
No, and it is never requested. The invite asks for the specific permissions the shipping modules actually call, so you can still restrict either bot per channel with normal channel overwrites. Administrator would make that impossible: Discord ignores channel overwrites entirely for a role that holds it.
