6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Send a complaint to contact@doombringerz.com and you get an answer from the person who runs this. If that does not settle it, a consumer in the EU can take it to the European Consumer Centre in their own country (eccnet.eu), and in the Netherlands to the Autoriteit Consument & Markt via ConsuWijzer. Ridoco is not obliged, and generally not willing, to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer-arbitration panel.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer part of this route. It stopped accepting new complaints in July 2025 and the obligation to link it was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.

7. Governing Law

Dutch law applies. EU consumer protection law of your country of residence applies to the extent it provides greater protection. Disputes are submitted to Dutch courts, without prejudice to EU consumer rights.
