Do my attendees need an account?
No. They book with a name and email address, then manage the booking through a signed link: reschedule or cancel without ever logging in.
How do bookings reach my calendar?
Two ways. Every booking page has a private iCal feed you subscribe to from Google, Apple, or Outlook, and every confirmation email carries a calendar invite.
What counts as a booking?
A confirmed slot on any of your event types. Monthly caps: 50 on Transit, 500 on Meridian, 5000 on Zenith.
Can I run group sessions?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. Set a seat cap on the event type and EclipseBook fills seats until it is full.
Can I limit sessions to patrons?
Yes. Event types can be tier-gated so only patrons of the right tier see and book them.
Can I remove the EclipseBook badge?
On Zenith. Transit and Meridian pages carry a small powered-by badge in the footer.
