Backer Creations: Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how this platform ("Platform") uses cookies and similar technologies. Read this alongside the Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website.

2. Cookies in Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They cannot be disabled. No consent is required under EU ePrivacy regulations.

• doombringerz_session. Keeps you logged in during your current session. Lasts 2 hours after your last page view.
• XSRF-TOKEN. Security token to prevent CSRF attacks. Lasts 2 hours after your last page view.

2.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences but are not essential for the Platform to work.

• hrp_cookie_consent. Records your cookie consent choice. Lasts 1 year.
• remember_web_*. Set only if you tick "remember me" at sign-in. You then do not have to sign in every visit. Lasts 90 days.
• age_gate_confirmed. Records that you confirmed you are 18 or older at the age gate. Lasts 30 days.
• codex_mature_confirmed. Records that you confirmed the 18+ warning in the Codex. Lasts 1 hour.
• appeal_email. Lets this browser reopen your moderation appeal. Holds the email address you gave on the appeal, encrypted. Lasts 30 days.
• site_locale. Remembers the language you picked. Lasts 1 year.

2.3 Analytics Cookies (Accept All only)

If you choose Accept all on the cookie banner, the Platform loads Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate usage of the Platform. These cookies are only set with your explicit consent and are never used for advertising or individual profiling.

• _ga. Google Analytics, distinguishes users. Lasts 2 years.
• _ga_*. Google Analytics, session state. Lasts 2 years.

2.4 Parcel Tracker (with your consent)

The order tracking page can load the 17TRACK tracker inside the page. It loads only if you allow Parcel tracker on the cookie banner or choose Accept all. 17TRACK can then store data on your device under its own privacy policy. Without that consent, Track opens your tracking number on the 17TRACK site instead.

3. Third-Party Cookies

The Platform itself sets no third-party cookies. Some pages embed content your browser loads directly from another company: YouTube and Vimeo video, Spotify audio, the Fourthwall store, and the 17TRACK shipment tracking widget on the order tracking page. Those embeds can set their own cookies, and so can the external services you sign in to or pay through (Discord, Steam, payment providers). Each does so under its own privacy policy.

4. Managing Cookies

You can view, delete and block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using authenticated features of the Platform.

5. Updates to This Policy

Ridoco may update this policy. A change is shown on this page at least 30 days before it applies, unless the law requires it to apply sooner.

6. Contact

For cookie questions, please open a support ticket first. If unavailable, email contact@ridoco.com (or contact@doombringerz.com as a secondary).
