EclipseCP Theme Pack

For EclipseCP Module owners. Every file in this archive but one already ships inside the Module, byte for byte.

The one file the Module does not have is a seeder for the knowledge base. Running php artisan db:seed --class=EclipsecpDocsSeeder once adds an EclipseCP Documentation book that only staff (rank 4 and up) can read, covering architecture, feature flags, the store system, the licence system and deployment. The Bundle carries the same file.
