Compute

Run the bot on your own hardware. Your compute, your privacy.

The Compute Module lets your Discord server's bot inference run on a machine YOU control: your compute, your privacy, no per-message cost. Your node only ever serves your OWN guild's jobs, never a network for strangers. It runs behind NAT, so the node pulls jobs and you never forward a port. It needs a valid license to serve. Earning Cinders back for the jobs it serves is built and switched off, so budget it as a way to spend less of your allowance, not as income. It ships bundled with the Desktop Client, and that client is still in development, so you cannot install a node yet. The routing side is already wired in both bots and will pick up your node the moment one comes online.

FAQ

Straight answers, no marketing fluff.

Whose jobs run on my hardware?

Only your OWN guild's bot inference. Your node pulls jobs for the guild it serves and nothing else. It is never a shared network for strangers, so there is no third-party privacy concern.

What does it cost me to run?

No per-message cost. When your node serves a job, that request stops drawing down your server allowance; you run the bot on your own compute instead.

Do I earn Cinders for serving jobs?

Not today. The accrual is built (per-token, server-authoritative, for the real router-dispatched jobs your node serves, so it cannot be faked) but it is switched off, and nothing is being credited to anyone. When it is switched on, this page says so. What the node does today is take the work off the hosted servers, so your monthly allowance lasts longer.
